　　The produces are round rods of Φ10-Φ60mm and Bar of Φ10-Φ25mm. Steel grade: high quality carbon steel, low alloy steel, and alloy steel etc., billet size is 150×150×（6000-1200）mm, and the weight of the products are 1 to 2 tons. The maximum roll speed is 18m/s and the annual output is up to 1,000,000 tons with the condition of single + splitting rolling.

　　The main equipment of the bar production line are horizontal or vertical Housingless stands（or H/V stand with closed housing）of 550-350 size, H/V convertible mill , billet pusher, discharger, start/stop type crop (chopping) flying shear, dividing flying shear, water cooling box(TMT) device, apron board walking rake cooling bed, cold dividing shear, finishing equipment, tying & collection machine etc.
