Structural characteristics of three gear shaft box for rolling mill

The shaft material of the three gear shaft box for rolling mill adopts carbon class and alloy class. The commonly used heat treatment method is quenching and tempering, and the important parts are quenched. When the requirements are higher, high-quality low-carbon alloys can be used for carburizing and quenching treatment to obtain higher surface hardness and higher core toughness.

The three gear shaft box for rolling mill should be overhauled every six months. The spare parts should be manufactured in accordance with the regular drawings. After replacing the new spare parts, the gear box should meet the technical requirements and be used after trial operation and load test.
