Used for the transmission of horizontal and vertical rolling mills; the gearbox housing is made of welded steel plates after stress relief treatment, all gears are hard-toothed, carburized and quenched, and the tooth surface hardness HRC57-61, gear accuracy is national standard grade 6; gear material 20CrNi2MoA. The gearbox uses centralized splash lubrication. The reducer matches the speed and transmits the torque between the prime mover and the working machine or actuator, and is a relatively precise machine. Its purpose is to reduce the speed and increase the torque. There are many types and models, and different types have different uses. Reducers are diverse; according to the transmission type, they can be divided into gear reducers, worm reducers, and planetary gear reducers; according to the number of transmission stages, they can be divided into single-stage and multi-stage reducers; according to the gear shape, they can be divided into cylindrical gear reducers, bevel gear reducers, and bevel-cylindrical gear reducers; according to the transmission arrangement, they can be divided into open, split, and coaxial reducers.

We have two types of gear reducers: one is a hard-tooth gear reducer, and the other is a medium-hard-tooth gear reducer.

For hard-tooth gear reducers:

The housing is a welded steel plate structure. The gears are made of high-quality steel and are processed by carburizing, quenching, and grinding, and the accuracy reaches Grade 6. The gear teeth are hardened and carburized with a hardness of HRC58-62. The shaft seal is labyrinth type, and an oil return pan is added to prevent oil leakage. The gear reducer is lubricated by a centralized lubrication system. The high-speed shaft is equipped with SKF bearings, and other shafts are equipped with Chinese brand-name bearings.

For medium-hard-toothed gear reducers:

The housing is a welded steel structure; The pinion shaft is 42CrMo forging or 40Cr forging after quenching and tempering, with an accuracy of grade 8. The large gear of ZG45 is processed after heat treatment. The bearings are from well-known domestic brands. The gearbox uses centralized oil lubrication.
