For this reason, it is suggested that the user should arrange the hydraulic coupling at the end of the motor shaft and install the elastic coupling at the end of the input shaft when designing and selecting.
After installation, it is necessary to inject lubricating oil into the oil pool of the tank body, and the oil level should be placed at the specified height (between the upper and lower limit lines of the oil dipstick). Before the pinion stand used for rolling mill is put into use, it must be turned by hand and must be flexible and free from jamming. If any fault is found, it should be eliminated in time.
The lubricating oil injected for the first time in the new pinion stand used for rolling mill needs to be replaced after 300-600 hours of operation. In the future use, the quality of the oil should be checked regularly. The oil that is mixed with impurities or aged and deteriorated must be replaced at any time. Colleagues check the height of the oil. When the oil level is lower than the minimum specified height, it needs to be replenished in time. After that, it is updated every 1500-5000 hours of operation, which is mainly determined by the working environment, but the longest replacement time should not exceed 18 months. The magnetic oil plug should be cleaned at the same time when changing the oil. During operation, if the oil temperature suddenly rises and abnormal noise occurs, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. After correct troubleshooting, the lubricating oil can be replaced before it can be put into operation again.
