Features of our drive and automation systems:
The DC drive control system uses Siemens 6RA70/DCM80 as the core of the regulating section, and high-power thyristors produced by imported production lines as the core of the power section. These two parts are combined through reliable grafting technology to form a motor speed control device. This device achieves the level of advanced foreign technology at a reasonable price, offering a high performance-to-price ratio. A dual-closed-loop speed control system (inner current loop, outer speed loop) is implemented using a fully digital control chip from Siemens Germany. This control system also features speed regulation feedforward (pre-control), armature current regulation feedforward, and excitation current regulation feedforward functions, ensuring consistent dynamic performance under both intermittent and continuous current, and with or without weak magnetic fields. The 6RA70/DCM80 control system also has self-optimization and self-diagnosis functions, significantly reducing the workload for debugging and field maintenance personnel.
AC variable frequency motor drives utilize inverters from internationally renowned brands such as Siemens, ABB, and Schneider as core components. Combined with advanced control concepts and digital processing technologies like PWM control, vector control, and direct torque control, these drives effectively address various transmission needs in industrial production. Solutions can be tailored to meet process requirements for applications such as rolling mills, various conveyor rollers, chain conveyors, pinch rollers, and complex drive issues in continuous casting and rolling metallurgical equipment.
The automation system uses Siemens S7-300/400 and TIA PROTAL-1500 high-performance PLCs, widely used domestically and internationally, as the main station system. Communication with the field's remote I/O stations and AC/DC speed control systems is achieved through the PLC's integrated PROFIBUS-DP network. Communication with the host computer is via Industrial Ethernet. A two-layer distributed communication network system is formed, used for field control and process management and monitoring. This allows for maximum interoperability—including controllers, HMI (human-machine interface), AC/DC drive systems, process control systems, and company management—enhancing the transparency of production management and significantly improving production efficiency.
