The cold dividing shear for rolling mill body includes the bed, slider assembly, crank drive assembly, transition shaft assembly, high-speed shaft assembly, and thin oil lubrication system, dry oil lubrication system, pneumatic system, and control system.
The cold dividing shear for rolling mill is input by the operation table before receiving the cold bed output roller signal or before the material head reaches the cold shear. At the same time, the roller table before the shear is started to allow the input of the rolling material. After the heads of the rolling piece are aligned, the roller table before shearing stops, and the solenoid valve of the steel pressing device is energized, and the pressing roller descends to hold down the rolling piece; the brake solenoid valve and the clutch solenoid valve are energized at the same time (the clutch solenoid valve is energized at the same time) , The flywheel drives the crank to run with the brake release and clutch clamping, and the crank drives the cutting blade to perform cutting motion to complete the cutting of the rolled piece.
After the crank reaches the set angle, it triggers the travel switch to send a signal, and the steel pressing device receives a signal. The solenoid valve is de-energized, the pressure roller is raised, the travel switch sends a signal, and the crank continues to rotate to trigger another set angle travel switch to send a cold shear stop. Signal, the clutch solenoid valve and the brake solenoid valve lose power at the same time (the brake solenoid valve loses power after a delay), the crank is braked with the release of the clutch and the clamping of the brake, waiting for the next cutting.
The pressing roller descends to hold down the rolling piece; input the shear signal manually at the cold dividing shear for rolling mill console, the brake solenoid valve and the clutch solenoid valve are energized at the same time (the brake solenoid valve is energized with a delay), and the flywheel is released and the brake is released. The clutch is clamped to drive the crank to run, and the crank drives the cutting blade to make a shearing motion. The cold dividing shear for rolling mill starts the first cut to length and cuts the rolling piece for the first time. The roller table starts behind the baffle of the sizing machine and the rolled piece is transported away. Repeat the above-mentioned cut-to-length action to complete the cut of the entire length of the rolled piece.
