Lubrication requirements: take the pinion stand for example: 
     In order to ensure the safe operation of pinion stand, in addition to adopt various care and maintenance, it is necessary to ensure reliable lubrication for the friction part:
①Gear lubrication in the box can use two types of centralized circulation lubrication and oil bath lubrication: a. Centralized circulation lubrication: lubricating oil pressure is 0.2Mpa, oil temperature, flow 10L / min. The bearings and gears are lubricated with oil via oil tube sourcing from one lubrication station, The lubricating oil flows out of the oil outlet through a set oil filter, and after filter and then returned to the lubrication station to perform cyclic lubrication. b. Oil bath lubrication: Add lubricating oil to the box to the center line of the oil level hole (the height of the oil level is submerging 20-30mm for the gear apex at the bottom of the gear ). After the equipment is running for every half a year, the equipment should be stopped and unscrewed the oil plug under the base and remove the oil dirt and impurities in the box through the drain hole, and then refills the oil to the center line of the oil level hole, then working;

②Gear and bearing share a thin oil circulation lubrication system, in order to prevent leak oil, oil return chute is equipped at the shaft cover of oil slinger at input and output shaft.

③In order to better observe and control the lubricating oil in the pinion stand when using the centralized circulation lubrication method, an adjustable oil supply indicator GZQ-15 must be installed outside the pinion stand and fitted to the box cover pipe joint 4-G1 / 2 '' oil inlet hole;

④For 270~ 600 Series of Pinion stand, The relevant dimensions of the flange of the oil hole connector of the oil outlet hole are shown in Figure 2.and accompanied with a flange for oil path connection for on site installation.
