Steel grades: high-quality carbon steel, low alloy steel, spring steel, alloy steel, etc. The raw material is generally 150×150×12000mm continuous casting billet, with a billet weight of 2 tons. The maximum rolling speed is 95-110 m/s, and the single-line production capacity is 60-800,000 tons/year.

Ordinary wire rod production line

   Can produce diameter Φ5.5-Φ12mm ordinary carbon steel, high-quality carbon steel, low alloy steel ordinary coiled wire rods and coils, the raw material is generally 150×150×6000mm continuous casting billet (or smaller), with a billet weight of 1 ton (or smaller). The maximum rolling speed is 29 m/s, double-line rolling, and the production capacity is 20-300,000 tons/year.

   The main feature of the ordinary wire rod production line is double-line rolling. The main equipment includes: 550-280 horizontal two-roll open rolling mill, disc head flying shear, multiple flying shear, water cooling, pinch rolls, wire drawing machine and coil control cooling line, coiling station, semi-automatic wire rod packaging machine, etc. The forked coiling station and semi-automatic packaging machine developed by Jinquan Group meet the needs of wire rod production while reducing the equipment investment cost for users.
