Main equipment includes: 650-350 horizontal or vertical closed rolling mill (or short stress line rolling mill), pusher, out-steel machine, start-stop head/tail flying shear, multiple flying shear (or hot saw), skirt plate steel stepping rack type steel cooling bed, straightening machine, row rack, finished cold shear (or cold fixed length saw) and finishing packaging and collecting device.

Hot rolled Introduction to H-beam production line ：

Hot rolled H-beam is an economical section steel, widely used in industry, construction, bridges, oil drilling platforms, etc., mainly used for beams and columns in industrial and civil structures. Market demand has grown rapidly in recent years.

Small and medium-sized The small and medium-sized H-beam production line mainly produces H100-400 (or 500) H-beams, with a capacity of 150,000-700,000 tons/year, using 150 square x 10-12 meters, 180 square x 10-12 meters, 200 square x 10-12 meters steel billets, or near-final H-section continuous casting billets.

Materials: carbon structural steel, low alloy high strength structural steel, marine structural steel, high weather resistant steel, etc.

In addition to producing H-beams, the rolling mill production line composed of universal rolling mills can also produce T-beams, rails, I-beams, channels, steel sheet piles, angles, etc.
