600 dividing shear is composed of three components parts: flying shear box, feeding mechanism, and swing discharge mechanism. It is installed on the rolling operation line of a continuous rolling mill. For cutting rods' heads and tails or cutting rolled pieces to be a fixed length, and cutting the maximum diameter of the rolled wire rod is 25mm.
This product is generally used for small section mill or wire rod mill workshops. Installed before the cooling bed for roughly cutting the long rolled products, so that the rolled products entering the cooling bed is not too long, or install it before the finishing rolling unit to cut the rolled pieces' heads, to ensure the smooth rolling process of the finishing rolling mill.
This product has good cutting quality, accurate cut length, and wide adjustment range for cutting length, which can meet the requirements of most rolling mill and mill train productivity.
Installation and use:

2. Installation requirements:
(1) It should be ensured that the fasteners are connected firmly and reliably, the rotating parts are flexible and the lubrication conditions are good.
(2) The feeding mechanism and swinging discharging mechanism should be on the same line as the cutting line.
Lubrication conditions:
(1) The gear is installed in a sealed box. Adopt oil bathing lubrication of gear oil to ensure the lubrication effect of the gear. At the same time, it is equipped with a cursor for observation.
Maintenance and repair
1. Maintenance
(1) Open the observation window regularly to inject lubricating oil to the height of the center line cursor for lubrication. The box is also equipped with oil drain plugs. After the equipment has been working for about half a year, the device should be stopped to remove oil and impurities in the oil drain holes on the base of the box And inject new oil.
(2) Regularly check whether each fastening connection is loose.
(3) Regularly check whether the oil outlet and oil inlet of the bearing oil cup are blocked.
(4) Regular replacement of disc blades, so that cutting can be performed smoothly in good condition.
2. Repair
This product must be overhauled after one to two years of usage.
