Semi-Auto wire rod coil tying machine for wire rod mill

Used for coil bundling of ordinary wire rod production lines and simple high-speed wire rod production lines. It is composed of a machine base, a coil pressing mechanism, a binding wire threading and twisting mechanism, a coil rotating mechanism, a hydraulic system, and a control system. The baler is mainly composed of belt feeding, unwinding, joint connection and cutting device, transmission system, track frame and control device. Using brand baler technology, it is now designed as a dual-circuit control of the whole machine, which is more stable and reliable than the previous single-circuit control performance. The dual-circuit control reduces the internal load of the machine's electrical board, and the baler structure runs more smoothly and stably between each circuit.

 

Like for high speed wire rod produciton line, we use short stress mill stands/housingless mill stands which is the H/V design and there are very many good advantage for using housingless mill stands. The short-stress rolling mill has many advantages. The overall size is small, so the distance between the rows is greatly reduced. This can make the entire rolling line compact and simple in terms of investment in land occupation; the height of the stand is significantly lower than other rolling mills. Therefore, the height of the rolling line is greatly reduced, so that the elevation difference of the entire rolling line is reduced, thereby reducing the amount of civil construction and facilitating the layout of the rolling line equipment. In addition, since the overall replacement of the rolling mill itself has been realized, the time for changing parts has been greatly shortened, and automatic roll replacement has been realized, which greatly reduces labor intensity and facilitates the maintenance and replacement of the rolling mill.
